National Heavy Vehicle Regulator - Don't Muck With a Truck

Background:

Young drivers are overrepresented in crashes with heavy vehicles. A combination of carelessness and a lack of knowledge, they don’t yet understand the space trucks need to slow down or turn. We had to educate them, fast.

Idea:

We created a content series that brought the unexpected physics of large trucks to life, demonstrating the scary forces involved on the things that young people value most – their stuff.

Our 3 long form films each focussed on a safe driving message, while showing the consequences of getting it wrong - in a playfully destructive way.
